To share a project with your crew, you will need to be a Shot Lister pro subscriber, but as long as they have "view only" privileges they do not need to be a subscriber, they can view the project with a free account, and cannot make changes.
If you would like to collaborate with another crew member and both make changes to a project, you can invite them to the project and give them edit privileges, but they will need to have a Pro Subscription to make changes.
