Enable Circle Takes in the shot settings menu. You will see a circle appear on the far right hand side of each shot. Then in Live Mode on shoot day, tap the circle, and then tap on the number of the take you liked best.
If you wish to export your Circle Takes information in narrative order, just select Scene Mode for exporting.
