In the past software companies have stayed alive by charging for each major upgrade of their software, but Apple hasn't made that possible for iOS and MacOS Apps. Once you buy Shot Lister you receive every update for free, for life. While this model works well for small apps, Shot Lister is a large application that is constantly growing and can't survive solely on sales from new users.
Many users requested expensive features we couldn't afford to develop, and so we introduced the Shot Lister Pro subscription. This allows regular users to continue to receive new free updates, while the more advanced users have an option to financially support the growth of the app and receive the features they request.
Revenue that is generated from Shot Lister Pro memberships is all put into developing new features. Shot Lister couldn't continue to grow without that support of its users. Thank You!
