How do I import a revised script without it throwing off the current list?

Unfortunately that is not possible yet. When you import a script it creates a new project. It's best to only import a project once you've locked your script's scenes, as is common in film industry software.

You can add revision letters after that point as changes happen, but any changes will have to be done by hand, You can't re-import the script.
