Shot Lister Studio Plan members get priority support. Priority support includes same day email response during business hours (9AM-5:30PM PST Monday - Friday. Email us at: contact@shotlister.com and include your team leader account information and subscription details. Screenshots and/or screen videos showing your issue are super helpful, as are your operating system information and the version of Shot Lister currently on your device.
